Shipping Policy

Effective date: 29 August 2025 · Australia-wide delivery only (no international shipping)

1) Order Processing

  • Orders received before 10:00 AM ACST/ACDT on a business day are usually processed the same business day.
  • Orders received after 10:00 AM or on weekends/public holidays are processed the next business day.
  • Business days are Monday–Friday in South Australia (SA), excluding public holidays.

2) Delivery Service & Timeframes

  • Service: Standard shipping (Australia-wide).
  • Estimated transit: 2–6 working days from dispatch (destination & carrier network dependent).
  • Weekend delivery: No Sunday delivery. Some carriers may deliver Saturdays in selected areas.

3) Delivery Area

Australia-wide delivery only. WayShopee currently does not offer international shipping.

4) Shipping Fees

Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

5) Tracking & Notifications

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number upon dispatch.
  • Tracking may take up to 24 hours to activate after carrier collection.

6) Delivery Attempts & Authority to Leave (ATL)

  • If ATL is selected or used by the carrier, the parcel may be left in a safe place at the delivery address.
  • Once delivered or left per your instructions, responsibility transfers to you.
  • If delivery cannot be completed, the carrier may card to a collection point or arrange re-delivery.

7) Address Accuracy & Changes

  • Ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout; changes may not be possible after dispatch.
  • Parcels returned due to incorrect/incomplete addresses may incur re-shipping charges.

8) Delays, Lost or Damaged Parcels

  • If your order is significantly delayed, appears lost, or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and (for damage) photos of packaging and contents.
  • We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve; timeframes depend on the carrier’s process.

9) Returns Related to Delivery

For returns, exchanges, or refunds, please refer to our Returns Policy. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), including statutory guarantees.
