Returns & Refunds Policy
1) Return Eligibility
We accept returns for most items within 30 days of delivery, if they are unused, in resalable condition, and include all original packaging, accessories, and manuals.
Eligible:
- Drinkware & Wellness: Copper bottles, tumblers, pitchers, combo sets
- Kitchen Appliances: Mixer grinders, wet grinders, meat grinders
- Cookware: Hawkins, Prestige, Ultra pressure cookers
- Home Essentials & Gadgets: Turbo Air Duster, projectors, self-stirring mugs
- Storage & Containers: Copper jars, canisters, spice boxes
Non-returnable:
- Used, washed, scratched, or damaged items
- Opened personal-use or hygiene-sensitive items
- Digital downloads, e-gift cards, vouchers
- Custom or personalised products
- Clearance/promo/final-sale products (unless faulty or not as described)
2) Return Window
- Initiate your return within 30 calendar days of delivery (based on carrier confirmation).
- Requests after 30 days may be declined or, if accepted, may incur a 20% restocking fee.
3) How to Initiate a Return
Lodge all return requests via the WayShopee Return Center (see “Quick Services” in the footer):
- Enter your Order Number and Email.
- Select item(s), choose a reason, and submit.
- If approved, you’ll receive an RMA and a prepaid label.
- Pack securely, include the RMA, affix the label.
- Lodge with the specified carrier within 7 business days.
4) Exchange Policy
We offer free exchanges for the same product in a different size, colour, or variation (where applicable), subject to stock. Choose the exchange option in the Return Center.
5) Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Orders
Under the ACL, you’re entitled to a replacement or refund for faulty goods or goods not as described.
- Email info@wayshopee.com.au within 48 hours with photos and your order details.
- We’ll provide a 100% refund or replacement (your choice, where applicable) and a free return label.
6) Lost or Undelivered Returns
Track your return using the label’s tracking number. If it appears lost in transit, contact us promptly at info@wayshopee.com.au and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve it.
7) Refund Eligibility & Timelines
- After inspection, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–10 business days.
- If not approved (e.g., ineligible or product misuse), we’ll notify you by email.
- Original outbound shipping fees are non-refundable unless due to our error or a major failure under the ACL.
8) Policy Updates
We may update this policy periodically. The effective date above reflects the latest version. Please check back for changes.
