3) Refund Timeline
- After approval, refunds to the original payment method are initiated within 2–3 business days.
- Allow 3–10 business days for funds to appear (varies by bank/payment provider).
- You’ll receive a confirmation email once processed.
4) Method of Refund
- Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used at checkout.
- If paid with a gift card or store credit, the refund will be returned as store credit.
- No refunds via cash, money transfer, or alternative channels.
5) Deductions & Non-Refundable Charges
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless due to our error or a major failure under the ACL.
- Late/damaged/incomplete returns may be rejected or refunded with deductions.
- A 20% restocking fee may apply for late returns or items not in original condition.
6) Non-Refundable Items
- Opened or used personal-use/hygiene products (e.g., drinkware).
- Items without original packaging or missing accessories.
- Clearance, promotional, or final-sale products (unless faulty).
- Digital products or gift cards.
7) Damaged or Lost Returns
If your return is lost or arrives damaged, email info@wayshopee.com.au with your order number, tracking details, and photos. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
8) Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if goods are faulty, unsafe, not as described, or do not perform as promised.
